The petitioner has certain grievance pertaining to land property. Precisely, on the strength of illegal documents, some strangers are trying to forcibly evict and take possession of the petitioner's property. In this regard, petitioner made a representation dated 30.05.2022 to the Police Authority, however cognizance has not been taken. It is petitioner's urge that the respondent Police Authority be directed to take appropriate action on petitioner' s representation. We see no reason to exceed the prayer. 3.

Having regard to above facts, respondent Police Authority is directed to consider the petitioner' s representation dated 30.05.2022 and if found necessary, take appropriate steps as permissible in law.

The petitioner is directed to supply additional copy of his representation to the Police Authority within a week for perusal and necessary action.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
