This matter is pending since year 2017. There is no interim order in favour of the petitioner. The order which is challenged is appointment of liquidator.

Learned counsel Shri P.A.Jibhkate for the petitioner, submits that in spite of repeated requests, nobody is coming from the petitioner's side and is not giving any instructions. He submits that probably there was no Stay and, therefore, the petitioner must have lost interest in the litigation. His statement is accepted.

Order passed by respondent No.2 appointing administrator on the petitioner society was passed on 31.12.2015 and the said order was confirmed in the revision filed by the petitioner before Appellate Authority on 31.5.2016. Since there is no stay to order, there is some substance in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE !! BRW !!
