The grievance of the petitioners is that dispossession from the mortgaged property, which is a dwelling house, is apprehended, although as of now no action under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ("Act" for short) is taken.

02] The learned Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 states that possession shall not be taken without initiating action under Section 13(4) of the Act. The statement is accepted. 03] The grievance of the petitioners stands satisfied and the petition is disposed of accordingly.
