This is an application filed by the respondent No.1 for issuing directions to the petitioners to forward the pension case. 3.

After going through the contents of the application, I am of the opinion that the clarification to the effect that the petitioners shall not consider the pendency of the present petition as impediment in forwarding or processing the pension case of the respondent No.1 would suffice the purpose.

However, it is made clear that while processing the pension case of the respondent No.1, if the petitioners want any assistance of the respondent No.1, the same shall be provided by the respondent No.1.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of in the above terms.
