Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
2] The applicant is apprehending arrest for offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3] Vide order dated 21.07.2020 this Court (Coram: Pushpa V. Ganediwala, J.) was pleased to grant interim protection with the condition that the applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer as and when called. A statement is made that till date the applicant is not summoned to join investigation.
4] Even otherwise, it does appear that considering

6] The interim protection order dated 21.07.2020 is made absolute on the same conditions.
