This criminal application is filed by the applicant for dispensing with filing of private paperbook. The appellant has filed present appeal challenging the order of acquittal passed by the learned Trial Court under Section 256 of Code of Criminal Procedure. The impugned order came to be passed when the matter before the learned trial Court was fixed for return of non-bailable warrant issued against the respondent/accused. The paper-book is not required for further proceeding.

In view of that, filing of private paper-book is dispensed with.

Criminal application is disposed of.
