Efforts is to demonstrate that orders of this Court maintained by Hon'ble Supreme Court already implemented are being reopened by holding inquiry by the respondent State.

Learned counsel fairly states that no order appointing anybody as Commissioner or appointing any Commission has been produced. Our attention has been drawn to a letter dated 6.12.2016 issued by Directorate of Technical Education, State of Maharashtra to its Joint Director wherein fact of appointment of a Enquiry OfÏcer to look into the irregularities, if any, which may have occurred while regularizing services of lecturers mentioned therein, appears. Mere inquiry by State Government can not be viewed as an act which militates with supremacy of Court orders or Court proceedings. If, after such inquiry, any steps to the prejudice of persons who have been benefited by Court orders are proposed, definitely the Government will act in accordance with law.
