This is an appeal under Section 14(A) of the The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. On 28/07/2021, interim order was granted in favour of the appellants.

Today, when the matter was called out, learned counsel for the appellants submits that during pendency of the appeal, the Investigating Officer has filed charge-sheet before the trial Court. In that view of the matter, he wishes to withdraw the present appeal in order to file the application afresh before the Trial Court in the light of filing of charge-sheet.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the appellants to file application for pre-arrest

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that on or before 16/12/2021, he will be filing the fresh application.

If the application for pre-arrest bail is filed afresh on or before 16/12/2021, the interim order granted by this Court on 28/07/2021 shall remain continued till 28/12/2021. The learned Court before whom the application will be filed shall decide the same on or before 28/12/2021 in accordance with law. 8.
