By this application, respondent no.1 seeks permission for withdrawal of amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, which was deposited by the appellant vide CCDR No.4690 on 23.06.2015 with interest accrued thereon for herself and on behalf of her two children i.e. respondent nos.2 and 3. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that vide order dated 17.04.2018 of this Court the appeal came to be disposed of. He further submitted that the appellant and respondent no.1 have entered into terms of settlement before the Court of Commissioner, under Employee's Compensation Act and Judge, Labour Court, Bhandara. 4.

Considering the terms of settlement dated 08.03.2019, the applicant/respondent no.1 is permitted withdraw Rs.1,00,000/- with accrued interest thereon. 5.

The application stands disposed of.
