The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.518 of 2021, dated 08.07.2021 registered with Police Station Hinganghat for the offence punishable under Section 366 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 81(a), 18(c), 27 and 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.

On 28.07.2021, this Court had granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the applicant. Thereafter, today, Ms. T.H. Udeshi, learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the charge-sheet is ready and it is forwarded for the approval.

In that view of the matter, as the investigation is completed, the charge-sheet is ready and the applicant is C.L.Dhakate

3.aba.466.2021.odt on ad-interim anticipatory bail since 28.07.2021, I am of the opinion that as the custody of the applicant is not necessary, the ad-interim protection needs to be confirmed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 28.07.2021, is confirmed.

The criminal application is disposed of, accordingly.
