The limited relief claimed in the petition is for retaining the petitioner at the present station till the academic session 2015-16 in view of the fact that petitioner's daughter is likely to appear for S.S.C. examination in the March 2016.
The learned AGP has taken instructions from respondent no.3. The learned AGP has placed on record the said letter dated 15th June, 2015 addressed by respondent no.3 to the learned AGP wherein it is stated that taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's daughter is studying in 10th standard, he has no objection for retaining the petitioner at the present place for one year. The petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall be continued at his present post till 31st March, 2016. Needless to state that the respondentauthority would be authorised to transfer the petitioner in the next transfer season.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
