This is an application filed by respondent no.11 for recalling the order dated 28.03.2025 and to cancel the bailable warrant issued against him. 3.

In view of the order dated 24.04.2025, it was specifically observed that learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent No.11, which serves the purpose of the order dated 28.03.2025 (by which the bailable warrant was issued).

In view of the above, there is no necessity to pass any separate order for recalling the order dated 28.03.2025.

On request, time is granted to learned Assistant Government Pleader to file reply in the matter , by way of last chance on or before 03.07.2025. 6.
