The petitioner, who is doctor by profession, has challenged the order passed by the Family Court directing him to pay an amount of Rs.2,500/- per month as maintenance to his son for the period from 27th July, 2012 till the date of order i.e. 26th February, 2016 and @ Rs.4,000/- per month from 26th February, 2016 till disposal of the petition pending before the Family court. In my view, the impugned order is proper and does not require any interference by this Court in the extraordinary jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
