DATE : 14/07/2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard Shri Parvez Mirza, learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri Maldhure, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non-applicant/State assisted by Advocate Shri Manish Shukla.

This Court has granted ad-interim anticipatory bail to the applicant on 9-6-2020. Detail reasons are recorded by this Court in the order itself. From the perusal of report, it appears that the applicant was priest (Maulana) of mosque. Learned Advocate Shri Mirza has pointed out report and submitted that the applicant is falsely implicated in the crime.

From the perusal of report, it appears that nothing is alleged against the applicant. Only allegation is that he instigated other accused. Except that, there is nothing in the First Information Report to connect the applicant with

LD-VC-ABA 312.2020.odt crime. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 9-6-2020 is hereby confirmed. The application is disposed of.
