In view of the judgment in Writ Petition No.952 of 2001, the prayer made in this writ petition is not pressed, at this stage. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would raise an appropriate challenge before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and if aggrieved by the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, would consider filing a petition.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
