Heard Mr.S.V.Sirpurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr.V.P.Maldhure, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for non-applicant/State. The hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel for the respective parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

By order dt.2.7.2020 passed by this Court, the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.4,96,538/- in Vidarbha Konkan Gramin Bank, Branch Channi, Tq. Patur, District Akola within a period of one week from the date of said order. As per submission of Mr.S.V.Sirpurkar, learned Counsel for the applicant, the amount as directed by this Court is already deposited. The learned Counsel has pointed out pursis dt.9.7.2020 filed on record.

Looking to the allegations made in the report, ad interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 2.7.2020 is hereby confirmed on the condition that the applicant

2 147aba564.20 shall remain present in Police Station, Channi, Tq.Patur, District Akola as and when called by police and that he shall co-operate with the Investigating agency.

The amount deposited by the applicant is subject to decision of the trial Court.

The application is disposed of.
