DATE : 14/07/2020 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard learned Counsel Shri Dipwani for the applicant. He has pointed out order passed by this Court dated 29.05.2020. As per order dated 29.05.2020, the applicant is protected by this Court by granting ad-interim anticipatory bail with direction to deposit amount of Rs.2,50,000/- within a period of four weeks. Learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out pursis and receipt issued by District and Sessions Court, Akola. As per the receipt, the applicant has deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the Court. Order passed by this Court dated 29.05.2020 is complied with. There is provision under the Electricity Act, 2003 for compounding the offence punishable under Section 135 registered against the applicant.

In view of the above, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 29.05.2020 is hereby confirmed.
