DATED : AUGUST 3, 2015 Shri Nayak, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents, submits that application that was made by petitioner to the competent Authority was premature in the sense that the same was made within one year from his last release.

That being so, the criminal writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of petitioner to make a fresh application according to law.

The fee payable to the learned Counsel appointed for the petitioner is quantified as rupees fifteen hundred.
