Petitioner has got an alternate remedy of filing proceedings either before the Labour Court or Industrial Court, as the case may be. The dispute is regarding date of birth, on the basis of which the petitioner is made to retire from service.

We do not find any reason to interfere in the matter on the ground of existence of an alternative remedy. The petitioner is at liberty to adopt the alternative remedy, as may be available to her in law.
