This application is filed by the applicant/appellant for permitting her to add the accused as a party respondent to the appeal, as inadvertently the accused has not been made a party to the present appeal filed against the acquittal of the accused.

In view of the matter, since the accused is necessary party to the present appeal, the application is allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a week.
