th JULY , 2023 The present application is filed by respondent nos. 1 to 4/ claimants for grant of permission to withdraw the amount. 2.

The appellant has deposited an amount of Rs. 26,31,219/- in this Court in view of the orders dated 31/10/2018 and 06/03/2019. 3.

Though the application is opposed, for the reasons stated in para 3 of the application, I am inclined to grant permission to withdraw 50% of the amount on usual undertaking and 50% of the amount on furnishing surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (J), along with accrued interest thereon.

As such, Nazir to take appropriate steps.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
