DATE : September 29, 2022 The petitioners were serving as Pashudhan Sevaks having been appointed under Self Employment Scheme pursuant to Government Resolution dated 19/01/2017. In the present Writ Petition they have sought the relief of regularisation of their services.

During pendency of the petition it is informed that the services of the petitioners have now been put to an end. In that view of the matter it would be necessary for the petitioners to challenge the orders by which their services have been terminated. In those proceedings the petitioners can seek the relief of reinstatement with continuity in accordance with law. Hence with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the orders of termination in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
