Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Seen the FIR. The only allegation against the applicants in both the applications is that they had issued threats to the complainant. Upon perusal of the FIR, there is no other allegation, except the above. That being so, I make the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application Nos. 289 and 290 both of 2015 are allowed.

[b] In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No. 140/2015 for offences under Sections 307, 394, 364, 325, 341 and 120 (b) of Indian Penal Code, registered with respondent - Police Station Officer, Police Station, Mangrulpir, Distt. Washim, the applicants shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] each with one surety each in the like amount.

[c] The applicants shall co-operate with the police as and when required.
