It is common ground that the petitioner has received the compensation as is prescribed in the Government Resolution dated 28.11.2016.

As a fact, we note that although the compensation was paid prior to the institution of the petition, there does not appear to be any specific averment to that effect in the petition. Be that as it may, we do not find that there is any surviving grievance.
