Present appellants and respondent no.2 were injuncted from disturbing the possession of plaintiff/respondent no.1. It was by way of order dated 14th February, 2018 passed in Special Civil Suit No. 713/2014. This order is challenged by these appellants.

Parties have settled their dispute and suit was withdrawn. The appellants do not want to prosecute this appeal further. Plaintiff/ respondent no.1 is consenting. Appeal is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.
