Present application is filed by the respondent no.1 seeking necessary directions to the respondent nos.6 and 7 to deposit balance of compensation amount of acquisition of land bearing Survey No.64/1 and 264/2 of Mouza-Dhamgaon, Tah. Mouda, District-Nagpur.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.6 and 7 filed affidavit-in-reply wherein it is mentioned in para 7 that the amount of Rs.19,02,670/- deposited in the office of answering respondents. Therefore, respondent nos.6 and 7 are directed to deposit the same in this Court along with accrued interest.

In view thereof, civil application is allowed and disposed of.
