DATE : 19th JULY, 2022 This application is moved by the original respondent - employee seeking withdrawal of amount deposited by the petitioner - Corporation during pendency of the writ petition. It is pointed out that in paragraph No.17 of the order dated 28/03/2022, this Court had specifically directed that the amount so deposited shall be disbursed forthwith to the respondent along with accrued interest, if any. Therefore, the Registry ought to have taken follow up action and there ought not to have been any necessity for the respondent to have moved the present application.

Be that as it may, the Registry is directed to forthwith disburse the said amount i.e. Rs.40,000/-, with accrued MP Deshpande
