Shri Navlani, learned counsel for the applicants with applicant No. 1. In FIR as lodged, parents i.e. in-laws are also joined as applicant Nos. 2 & 3 - accused No. 2 & 3. On account of health problem, they are not present. Shri Patel, learned APP for respondent No. 1. Shri Oberai, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 with Respondent No. 2.

The respective counsel state that the matrimonial dispute laid to filing of FIR and complaint under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code came to be filed. It is amicably resolved and, therefore, FIR should be set aside in the interest of justice.

The respective clients are present and they accept that the controversy has been amicably settled between the parties.

As the controversy is purely private in nature and there is no public interest involved in it, we quash and set

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
