In this case, Criminal Bail Application No.1491 of 2022 is pending before the trial Court. However, on rejection of prayer for grant of interim bail, the present application came to be filed. This Court vide order dated 17/06/2022 granted interim protection to the applicant.

In view of the fact that the main application is pending before the trial Court for grant of bail, accordingly, I pass the following order:

a) The criminal application is disposed of.

b) The learned trial Court is directed to decide Criminal Bail Application No. 1491 of 2022 as expeditious as possible and in any case not beyond within next two weeks.
