Civil Application No. 1236/2017 and Civil Application No. 1237/2017 are filed for intervention in Writ Petition No. 2872/2017 and Writ Petition No. 2874/2017 respectively. In view of the report of committee appointed by this court on 19/5/2017, it appears that respondents have permitted shop of respective petitioners to continue. In view of of this development, if applicant intervenor's are aggrieved they have to challenge said report or subsequent action of respondent independently. Prayers for intervention in present matter are rendered infructuous.
