This application has been made for bringing on record the legal heirs of the original complainant (respondent No.1 herein). It is stated that the respondent No.1 died on 15/04/2016. In the revision application, the order of dismissal of the appeal for want of deposit of paper book charges has been challenged.

The application for condonation of delay in filing the revision is pending. The names of the legal heirs of the original complainant/respondent No.1 has been mentioned in para 2 of the application.

2] In the facts and circumstances this application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the

3] The applicant is allowed to bring on record legal heirs of original complainant/ respondent No.1. The amendment in terms of this be carried out within one week.

4] After amendment, issue notice to the newly added respondent.
