O R D E R
(Passed on 13.12.2025) 1.
The present appeal filed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is amicably and mutually settled between the parties. The terms of settlement are reproduced in the compromise pursis dated 13/12/2025 signed by the respective parties and their respective counsel. 2.
Today when the matter is called out before the National Lok-Adalat, we have interacted with respondent No.1 Shashikala Sahebrao Nagmore, respondent No.2 Shri Arun Tulshiram Nagmore and respondent No.3 Amruta Tulshiram Nagmote who are present at District Court, Amravati through video conferencing. They are identified by their counsel Shri Rugved Dhore representing them before this Court so also Shri Pankaj Deshmukh, learned counsel representing them before the trial Court and Shri P. S. Wamne, Secretary, DLSA, Amravati. On behalf of appellant NHAI, Shri Rakesh Jawade, Project Director, NHAI, PIU Amravati is present in this Court and Smt Prajakta Satpute, Manager (Tech) is present in Amravati District Court. They are identified by their counsel Shri A. A. Kathane. 3.
Compromise pursis dated 13/12/2025 is taken on record and marked as 'Exh.-X' for identification.

Respondent No.3 Amruta Tulshiram Nagmote is personally present in the District Court, Amravati. Shri Sudhakar Yarlagadda, the Principal District Judge, Amravati has verified his Aadhar card and interacted with him and has identified him to be the respondent No.3. His name is mentioned as Amruta Tulshiram Nagmote in the record, however at the time of verification when his Aadhar card is verified, it is revealed that his name is Amrut Tulshiram Nagmote. The said fact is personally verified by the learned Principal District Judge, Amravati so also the counsel Shri Pankaj Deshmukh. Accordingly the name of respondent No.3 be corrected as Amrut Tulshiram Nagmote.

In view of the terms of settlement as mentioned in compromise pursis which are accepted by the parties who are identified by their respective counsel, the present arbitration appeal is disposed of as Fully and Finally Settled.

The award be drawn accordingly.
7.
Court fees be refunded as per the Rules.
