DATED : 03/08/2021 The applicant is seeking for modification of interim order dated 05.07.2021 to the effect to exempt him from attending the Police Station. This Court while granting interim protection has directed the applicant to attend the Police Station on every Wednesday and Saturday during specific period. The applicant would contend that he has attended the Police Station as ordered and also facilitated the process of interrogation. It is his case that since he has residence of Parbhani, he be exempted from attendance.

In view of the above, the application is partly allowed. Henceforth, the applicant shall attend only on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m.. SMGate
