DATED : 02 /05/2018 For the reasons stated in the application, the petitioners are permitted to delete the names of legal representatives of the respondent no. 12. The order passed by this Court on 13/04/2018 is modified as follows:- "Heard Shri S.I. Khan, Advocate for the petitioners.

In this contempt petition, the petitioners complain that inspite of order of status-quo passed by this Court on 22nd September, 2014 the respondents started construction on the property in dispute. By order dated 17th June, 2015 this Court directed issuance of notice to the respondents. Now Civil Application No. 38/2018 is filed alleging that the respondents have again started construction from 3rd June, 2017.

Issue notice of Civil Application No. 38/2018 to the respondent nos. 1 to 11, 13 and 14, returnable on 4th May, 2018.

Issue non-bailable warrant against the respondent nos. 1 to 11, 13 and 14 to secure their presence before this Court.

The learned advocate for the petitioners states that copy of order dated 13/04/2018 is sent to the respondents by speed post acknowledgment due. The learned Advocate for the petitioners shall send copy of this order to the legal representatives of the respondent no. 12 by speed post acknowledgment due within three days and file affidavit of compliance."
