The present application is filed by respondentclaimant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of interest over the amount of compensation of Rs.4,88,444/-. It is submitted that the matter was finally disposed of by this Court on 20/12/2019. The claimant was allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company along with interest at the rate of 8%. However, after depositing of the said amount and after decision of First Appeal finally, the interest accrued on the deposited amount is not credited to the account of respondent-claimant. 3.

In view thereof, the present application is moved for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of interest over the total amount of compensation of Rs.4,63,444/- which was deposited

2 908 caf 1345-2022 by the appellant-Insurance Company on 01/04/2016. So also Rs.25,000/- were deposited on 23/11/2015. In view of that, application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to disburse the amount of interest on total amount of compensation of Rs.4,88,444/- after verification of Bank details. 5.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
