Issue notice for final disposal of the matter, to the respondents, returnable on 9-9-2019.

Shri A.S. Fulzele, the learned Additional Government Pleader, waives service of notice for the respondents.

In the meantime, the respondent No.3- SubDivisional Officer, Mouda, to pass an appropriate order as per the instructions issued by the respondent No.1Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur, on 14-3-2019, if there

We are informed that the respondent No.3- SubDivisional Officer, Mouda, has passed an order on 7-9-2019, a copy of which is placed on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

In view of this, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petition is disposed of as infructuous. Needless to mention that the petitioner shall have liberty to challenge the order in accordance with law.
