Counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent submits that the parties have amicably settled the controversy out of the Court and the terms of settlement dated 04.08.2025 signed by the petitioner and the respondent along with their counsels is placed on record. The document of terms settlement agreement is taken on record and marked as document 'X' for identification purposes.

Both the counsel submits that the controversy stands settled in terms of settlement agreement and the writ petition needs to be disposed of accordingly. 3.

The counsel for respondent has tendered across the bar, an application for withdrawal of the amount, the

wp2283.25.O.odt same may be registered. The respondent has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,25,000/- which was already deposited by the petitioner. The permission is sought to withdraw this amount in accordance with the terms of the settlement. The counsel for petitioner has no objection for withdrawal. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. The respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,25,000/-.

The civil application is disposed of.
