This motion is moved seeking relaxation of condition 3 imposed vide order dated 21-7-2020 whereunder the applicants were granted pre-arrest protection. 3.

The submission is that applicant 2 is a Government servant and posted at Mumbai and would find it extremely difficult to attend the police station on every Thursday. It is further submitted that the applicants have attended the police station on sufficient occasions.

The State has no serious objection if condition 3 is relaxed.

Condition 3 in the order dated 21-7-2020 is relaxed and it is directed that till the charge-sheet is filed, the applicants shall attend the police station as and when directed to do so by the Investigating Officer with a previous intimation of at least seventy-two hours. JUDGE adgokar
