DATE : April 02, 2019 In view of the fact that the order dated 05/04/2017 passed by the Additional Commissioner was thereafter challenged in proceedings under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the State Government and said order is now challenged in Writ Petition No.1900 of 2019, Shri A. Ghare, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. He however submits that the ad-interim order granted on 20/02/2018 be continued till Writ Petition No.1900 of 2019 is heard as the subsequent order is the subject matter of challenge in that writ petition.

In view of aforesaid Writ Petition No.5257 of 2017 is permitted to be withdrawn. Same is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
