After the notice was issued in the writ petition an amount of Rs.1,83,798/- was initially paid to the petitioner. Today an affidavit is tendered on behalf of the respondent No.3 in which it has been stated that with regard to the balance of amount of Rs.4,07,598/-, the funds have been deposited with the Treasury Office, Yavatmal. It is informed that within a short period the balance amount would also be paid to the petitioner. Accepting the statements made in the aforesaid affidavit the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to take immediate steps to ensure that the balance amount is released in favour of the petitioner.
