Shri Puranik, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Kale, learned AGP for respondent No. 1, Shri Khare, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and Mrs. Venkataraman, learned counsel for respondent No.3.

The present writ petition should have been disposed of on same lines as other connected matters i.e. Writ Petition No. 2575 of 2014 and Writ Petition No. 2831 of 2014 have been disposed of. However, after noticing the objections raised by Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 on 27.01.2015, we have called upon the petitioners to explain their conduct. The responsible Presidents of the management of Petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 have filed those affidavits.

The respective counsel appearing for the respondents are attempting to demonstrate that the explanation furnished in those affidavits cannot be accepted. However, after hearing all the learned

162wp2526.14 counsel for some time, we find that because of interim orders passed by this Court on 30.05.2014, 20 students have already been given admission. In this situation, this Court cannot ignore their career.

Hence, with same orders/ directions as are issued in other two writ petitions mentioned supra, we dispose of the present writ petition also. However, the petitioners shall not in future repeat such mistake. No order as to costs.
