This is an application for modification of Condition Nos. [a] and [d] contained in the Order dated 6th May, 2015 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is required to join the field duty at Jammu and unless the conditions are modified, he would not able to join the military service. That being so, I think

the conditions need to be modified.

Hence Rule is made absolute in terms of [A] of this Application.

Disposed of.
