The Civil Applications seek impleadment of legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos.7, 8 and 10. There are delays in taking out the civil applications. The accompanying civil applications seek condonation of those delays. In the facts of the case, considering the grounds set out in the applications for condonation of delay, the delays are condoned, the abatements are set aside and the legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos.7, 8 and 10 shown in the respective applications, are permitted to be brought on record. The amendments to be carried out within two weeks. The amended petition to be served on the newly added respondents and to come up for admission on 18.09.2017.

All Civil Applications are disposed of in the above terms.
