O R D E R

(Passed on 13.12.2025) The present appeal filed by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is amicably and mutually settled between the parties. The terms of settlement are reproduced in the compromise pursis dated 13/12/2025 signed by the respective parties and their respective counsel. 2.

Today when the matter is called out before the National Lok-Adalat, we have interacted with respondent No.1 Dnyaneshwar Tulshiram Nighot, who is present before this Court. He is identified by his counsel Shri Rugved Dhore representing him before this Court so also Shri Pankaj Deshmukh, learned counsel representing him before the trial Court and Shri P. S. Wamne, Secretary, DLSA, Amravati. On behalf of appellant NHAI, Shri Rakesh Jawade, Project Director, NHAI, PIU Amravati is present in this Court and Smt Prajakta Satpute, Manager (Tech) is present in Amravati District Court. They are identified by their counsel Shri A. A. Kathane. 3.

Compromise pursis dated 13/12/2025 is taken on record and marked as 'Exh.-X' for identification.

In view of the terms of settlement as mentioned in compromise pursis which are accepted by the parties who are identified by their

respective counsel, the present arbitration appeal is disposed of as Full and Finally Settled.

The award be drawn accordingly.

6.

Court fees be refunded as per the Rules.
