Learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the revision with liberty to file appeal in order to challenge the order dated 14.02.2025, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kelapur in H.M.P. No.49 of 2023. Revision application is disposed of with liberty as prayed.

The period from 23.04.2025 i.e. the date of filing of the present Revision Application, till today, i.e. 14.11.2025, shall be excluded for computing the period of limitation.

In the peculiar facts of the present case where the parties had filed consent terms before the learned Court, pursuant to which the petitioner-husband had deposited a sum of Rs.1,78,000/- with the learned Court, which was withdrawn by the respondent-wife, this Court vide order dated 20.10.2025 had directed the respondentwife to deposit the said amount with this Court. The amount shall now be deposited by the respondent-wife before the learned Appellate Court, in the event the petitioner-husband files an appeal in view of the liberty granted by this Court.
