This Court granted several opportunities to the appellant to provide the correct address of the respondent. Several orders are passed since the last two years directing the appellant to provide the correct address. However, the correct address is not provided and the respondent is, therefore, not served.

The learned counsel for the appellant Shri Akshay Naik has issued notice dated 02.07.2019 intimating the appellant that the counsel intends to withdraw the power. The acknowledgment is awaited.

Be that it may, it is apparent that keeping this appeal pending, will be permitting the appellant to abuse the process of law. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed in exercise of inherent powers with costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited
