:

A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.

DATE :

15th July, 2015.

Learned counsel for the rival parties submit that the victim died on 5th May, 2015 while undergoing treatment for burn injuries. The criminal application arises out of the offence under Section 307, Indian Penal Code, i.e., prior to her death. The offence must have been converted into Section 302, Indian Penal Code and it would be appropriate for the applicant to approach the Sessions Court with a fresh plea for anticipatory bail, if so advised. Hence the following order:- Criminal Application No. 291 of 2015 is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to approach the Sessions Court, if so advised, for the relief of anticipatory bail in the same crime.

The interim order made by this Court shall continue to operate only for a period of two weeks and

no further extension shall be prayed for.
