Heard Mr. Dafle, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. for the respondents.
2] The challenge in this petition is to the notice dated 30/08/2018 issued by the Police Inspector, Chimur.
3] Mr. Mirza, learned A.P.P. states that notice is in the nature of a show cause notice. The petitioner can therefore file a response to the same and such response will be considered by the Police Inspector.
4] Accordingly, the petitioner is at liberty to file a response to the notice within 15 days from today. If such response is filed, the concerned Police Inspector to consider the same in accord with law
17-WP-501-2020 and on its own merits, and thereafter make appropriate orders thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of such response. Such orders will have to be communicated to the petitioner.
5] If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order, they will have the liberty to challenge the same in accord with law.
