The grievance of the petitioner was for a direction to the respondents-authorities to make deductions of the instalment of loan payable to the petitioner society by Anganwadi Sevikas from the honorarium/salary payable to them.

It is stated that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the deductions have been started by the respondents. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Writ petition is disposed of as such.

Needless to state that in future if the respondents discontinue the said deductions, the disposal of the present writ petition would not come in the way of the petitioner to approach this Court again. JUDGE JUDGE halwai
