The rejection of the application filed under Section 36 of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950 for permission to sell immovable property by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Amravati Region, Amravati is under challenge at the behest of the bidders. 3.

Admittedly, the Trust has not raised any challenge to the said rejection. Moreover, the participation in the bid process does not create any right in favour of the bidder.

In the circumstances, the present petition is not maintainable at the behest of the bidders, accordingly, it is dismissed. No order as to costs.
